The Tenn-Tom Deadends into the Tennessee River
This morning, after two weeks and 470 miles, we reached the Tennessee River. For the first time since leaving Mobile we actually had to make a choice: left to Chicago or right to Nashville. Nellie went right.
Thanks to the Tennessee Valley Authority the river here is huge. In fact the river is so wide it's called Pickwick Lake.
